This variety really comes into its own in Alsace exhibiting the full flavor of the grape. Ample, balanced and very aromatic. Exotic mix of aromas that reminds the taster of delicate rose petals, lychee, orange peels and incense. Clean, dry, lightly spicy finish. Excellent with Asian foods, pates, grilled trout and smoked salmon.
