Complex and rich Malbec that offers a wide range of aromas including blackberry and red fruits. Notes of spice like black pepper, violet, graphite, smoke and minerals. Greatly concentrated with sweet tannins and a lingering finish. Serve this wine with Filet Mignon, roast prime rib, roast duck, rabbit, lamb and rich pastas with strongly flavored tomato sauces. Cheeses: Gruyere, Manchengo, Parmesan, Cheddar.

Concentrated but bright, with fresh raspberry, cherry and floral notes leading the way for additional licorice, blueberry and plum sauce notes. Very silky finish shows excellent length as it airs in the glass. Very nice combination of power and elegance. Drink through 2011.
